Thank you for visiting our website. Good things continue to happen in Aseana International College of Health Sciences.
Aseana International College was established on 17 September 2008 and received its provisional accreditation on 3 October 2008. The college, located in Sembulan, Kota Kinabalu, has been offering Health Sciences Courses - Diploma in Nursing, since it began operations. Initially Aseana International College faced numerous challenges but they were all overcome through the hard work, dedication and total commitment of the entire family of Aseana.
Aseana International College of Health Sciences provides great opportunities to learn, grow, and develop a caring attitude. Our graduates are health care professionals who lead in their discipline with a caring commitment and ethical standards to meet the ever-changing needs in health care education and practice. Our faculty and staff embrace the challenges with our students.
The achievements of Aseana International College are well recorded in the fields of academics and sports. we also give attention to the character building of staff and students. Our College had 96.2 percent pass rate in the Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia exams held in December 2011. This augurs well for our students as we have an excellent, dedicated and committed teaching staff. Be they Nursing Lecturers or Clinical Instructors, they are always there to guide our students in their studies or wherever they are sent to for their clinical postings.
As we look ahead to the future, Aseana International College of Health Sciences has many other courses in the pipeline to cater not only to the people of Sabah but also to all in Malaysia, as well as international students. This is a time of tremendous growth for Aseana International College of Health Sciences. In the past years, we have invested in people and programs to support our plans for the future development of the college. As a result of these efforts, great strides were made toward our goal of becoming one of the leading colleges in Sabah.
We will be starting our Foundation in Science course in the next semester. We have other Allied Science courses and other Management courses which will be launched in the very near future.
With the emphasis on English and the demand for proficiency in English, we will be starting our one year programme in English leading to our Certificate in English. In laying their foundation for language, students will be able to further their studies in the English language by enrolling in a diploma or a degree programme, and therefore enhance their employability by having a good command of the English language.
I look forward to your continued support and enthusiasm. In addition, I look forward to meeting with more of you.
